On Sunday, April 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Berliner Platz and the park landscape of Gütersloh Spring will be transformed into a spacious sales area: flea market participants aged six to 14 will have the opportunity to sell, swap and bargain diligently for their discarded treasures.
Starting this spring, we are offering the new guided tour "The Botanical Garden - A journey for the senses!" in the Gütersloh Botanical Garden.
There was a special anniversary highlight as part of the city's 200th anniversary. Everyone in Gütersloh was invited to a photo campaign in front of the theater on Hans-Werner-Henze-Platz. The city's Department of Culture organized the special event together with Gütersloh Marketing to jointly form the number 200 with everyone. Numerous participants gathered to be part of this special historical moment and anniversary project.
The pop-up shelf in the Gütersloh Marketing GmbH tourist information center attracts visitors with a monthly changing product portfolio. It offers small businesses an exhibition space for their products and support in setting up and expanding their business.
To mark the city's 200th anniversary, we are offering a new city tour. On the "Schaumkronen und Stadtgeflüster" tour, participants enjoy a convivial visit to four selected Gütersloh pubs and learn interesting facts about Gütersloh, the pubs they visit and the local pub culture.
Gütersloh Marketing (gtm), in cooperation with VHS Gütersloh, has trained 15 future city guides who will soon be joining the existing gtm team of city guides and launching new city tour concepts.
