conceptGT is a true child of Gütersloh. As a subsidiary of the city, they are on fire for our Gütersloh. Newly founded in October 2021, they are full of drive and have big plans: Making Gütersloh a showcase for sustainability and qualitative economic growth. Living, studying, researching, working and relaxing on about 30 hectares: The conversion of the former military base Mansergh Barracks is a project without equal! Because in this quarter close to the city center, something special is planned in every respect.

These apartments, semi-detached houses and single-family houses in Gütersloh are continuously renovated by conceptGT. New buildings are being constructed to high climate protection standards. The rental and management of the residential units is handled by an external service provider. As the owner of these properties, they make housing possible for low-income earners and people who are dependent on financial support.
