Street art meets urban history

From the summer to the autumn vacations in 2025, many facades in Gütersloh's city center tell their very own story: the artist duo David Mannstein and Maria Vill have staged special buildings in large-format "paste-ups".

A number of electricity boxes have been redesigned by various artists to commemorate special events and people from the city's history. At selected stations of both art projects, city guide and historian Dr. Franz Jungbluth tells the story(s) behind the colourful street art.

The tour is offered three times as a public tour in the anniversary year and focuses on the Anniversary project "Paste-ups in Gütersloh". The dates are August 30, September 20 and October 12 at 3 pm.

Unfortunately not privately bookable!
