Michaelmas week

When the city center becomes a (street) show stage, children rock out at the children's music festival in Mohns Park, and the market square is the scene of the fun fair, then it is Michaelmas Week. The event is traditionally organized by Gütersloh Marketing GmbH (gtm) on behalf of the Gütersloh Tourist Office.

New content during the traditional event

This year, Michaelmas Week will once again take place in Gütersloh from September 25 to October 3. Gütersloh residents and visitors can look forward to well-known events, such as the children's flea market, the Gütersloh street funfair and the children's city tour. These are realized traditionally and corona-compliant by Gütersloh Marketing GmbH on behalf of the Gütersloh Tourist Office.

This year, the Straßenfiffi will take place at two locations in Gütersloh for the first time. Seven street artists will perform alternately on Berliner Platz and Kolbeplatz. There will also be an open Sunday on the same day.

Families with children in particular can look forward to a new event this year. For the first time, four well-known children's musicians will be performing at the children's music festival in Mohns Park.

All event content can only be realized under certain hygiene and safety measures in accordance with the currently valid Corona Protection Ordinance.
