The four-hectare botanical garden has been part of Gütersloh's city park since 1912 and displays seasonal highlights of garden art depending on the time of year. After a brief historical overview of the city park and the botanical garden, the tour leads past various themed gardens in all their year-round beauty. From the amaranth in the changing summer beds to the witch hazel in the apothecary garden, the most beautiful and unusual plants are presented and the tour offers a wealth of information and inspiration for all nature and garden lovers.
