Oh, you beautiful Christmas season!
The Gütersloh Christmas market enchants Berliner Platz every year at Christmas time. It is almost impossible to imagine an Advent season without the diverse stalls, the large Christmas tree and the beautifully decorated stage. A varied stage program with the participation of local artists and groups from the entire region ensures a cheerful and Christmassy atmosphere.

Relaxed shopping in the evening
Am 14. November 2025 fand von 17 bis 21 Uhr erstmalig das Moonlight Shopping der Werbegemeinschaft in Gütersloh statt.
Es war ein Abend, der Shopping, culture and entertainment in der Innenstadt miteinander verband, denn zeitgleich fanden die „Lichtmomente Gütersloh“ und „Gütersloh leuchtet auf“ statt.
Einige Geschäfte hatten passend zum Motto und zur parallel stattfindenden Veranstaltung ihre Geschäfte mit Lichtinstallationen illuminiert.

(W)shopping combines delicious wines and relaxed shopping!
Das „(W)einkaufen in Gütersloh“ ist eine jährlich stattfindende Aktion. An einem ausgewählten Tag im Herbst kann in teilnehmenden Geschäften für 5€ ein Weinglas erworben werden.
Anschließend wird das Glas in teilnehmenden Geschäften mit Wein oder nichtalkoholischen Getränken aufgefüllt.

Hello StadtTisch!
For us as an advertising community, the "StadtTisch" exchange format is primarily about exchanging and developing new ideas. In addition to the members of our advertising community, council members and other supporters of the city center are also invited to the meetings. Over snacks and cold drinks, members and residents get into conversation in a relaxed atmosphere - criticism of any kind and new ideas are always welcome.
The first StadtTisch took place on June 11, 2024 in front of the Martin Luther Church.
