Standing still is regression \u2013 this truth also applies to Mittlere Berliner Strasse as a shopping street. This is why the property owners resident here have joined forces to form the Real Estate and Location Community. The aim is to further enhance the quality of life in this prime location. The association has existed<\/b> in G\u00fctersloh since the end of 2012. The private commitment of the homeowners has made it possible for\u00a0<\/b>Mittlere Berliner Stra\u00dfe to be launched as the first statutory Real Estate and Location Community in East Westphalia and the third statutory Real Estate and Location Community in North Rhine-Westphalia. Initiators Albrecht Diek\u00f6tter, Peter Oesterhelweg and Bernd Sperling are delighted about the pioneering role which G\u00fctersloh is playing in this matter throughout OWL (Eastern Westphalia-Lippe region).<\/p>

This will make\u00a0<\/b>Mittlere Berliner Stra\u00dfe an even more attractive calling card for the city, and will help to make the G\u00fctersloh location even more attractive and liveable. Real Estate and Location Community \u2013 a model that should set a precedent!<\/p>

    Berliner Stra\u00dfe is the main shopping street of G\u00fctersloh, and was the first street to be paved in 1820. The fa\u00e7ades of the buildings constructed in the 19th century still bear witness to the prosperity of the businesspeople at that time. In 1972, Berliner Stra\u00dfe became G\u00fctersloh's first pedestrian zone. The campaigns of the Mittlere Berliner Stra\u00dfe Real Estate and Location Community e.     The goal of real estate and location communities is to increase the liveliness and attractiveness of their neighbourhoods. The Mittlere Berliner Stra\u00dfe Real Estate and Location Community e.V. association has given itself the task of making life in the district even pleasanter.<\/p>

    Real estate and location communities want to increase the liveliness and attractiveness of their neighbourhoods. Since 2008, North Rhine-Westphalia has also had a state law basis for implementing a Real Estate and Location Community. A Real Estate and Location Community is an important instrument which involves all property owners for ensuring that reliable, solidarity-based financing of activities for the promotion and enhancement of the attractiveness of a neighbourhood is available.<\/p>

    So hat es sich die ISG Mittlere Berliner Stra\u00dfe zur Aufgabe gemacht, den Aufenthalt in der Einkaufsstra\u00dfe noch angenehmer zu machen. Die Mittlere Berliner Stra\u00dfe soll sich von anderen Stra\u00dfen abheben und als \u201eder\u201d Einkaufs- und Erlebnisboulevard G\u00fcterslohs gelten. Dazu tragen zum Beispiel sch\u00f6n gestaltete Blumenellipsen im G\u00fctersloher Fr\u00fchling, mediterrane Stimmung w\u00e4hrend der Michaeliswoche, das Winterlicht w\u00e4hrend der dunklen Jahreszeit oder Stra\u00dfenk\u00fcnstler*innen an den Adventssamstagen bei. Au\u00dferdem wurde in eine neue und moderne Sitzm\u00f6blierung mit LED-Beleuchtung investiert, die zum Verweilen einladen und das gesamte Stra\u00dfenbild aufwerten.<\/p>
